...First Fourth of July, back in Utah...

Let me tell you a little something.

I've lived in Iowa, Nevada, Utah, and Montana. Nobody, and I mean NOBODY, does the 4th of July like the great state of UTAH. It is a non stop party for days. Aerial fireworks are legal, every city hosts a parade, a 5k, a breakfast, a $10,000+  fireworks show, a carnival, hot air balloons, and the like .... it's amazing and one of the things we missed most about Utah, while we lived in Montana.

This year was no exception! We were stoked to be back in the beehive state, for such a festive occasion. We celebrated with red white and blue sprinkle pancakes, then attended two parades, the Clearfield City parade, and then the Kaysville parade. We took a nap in the middle of the day, then made tons of treats, hosted a BBQ with some family, and THEN had a whole bunch of Rich's cousins and their families over, along with Rich's Aunt and Uncle, and one of his nieces, Sophia. It was a treats, fun, family, fireworks extravaganza! :) If you are in town next year, bring a lawn chair and a treat and come party with us!

Who made that adorable pallet flag, you ask?? Oh, how kind of you... that was me. Hah! :)

Rich, doing what Rich does, every single 4th of July.
