Rich's parents came to stay for 10 days to help Rich watch the kids while I was out of town for a friends wedding for a weekend, and then also to just hang out because we love them!
We had marshmallow roasting parties in the backyard...
Took the canoe out on a lake...
Then we decided we were all sick of the canoe...especially after our "tipping incident" 2 years ago, so we sold it to consignment, and got a raft!
We picniced at the dock...
...and sailed the high seas with boat captain Macy.
The kids are obsessed with Grandma and Grandpa and jump on Grandpa WAY too much!
Thanks for makin the trip up north Clive and Renae! We love you!!
Fathers Day 2012
We were lucky enough to have Clive here for Father's day this year! As usual the kids couldn't wait until after breakfast to give their gifts to dad, hence thejammies, and puffy " I just woke up" faces of Rich and Clive :)
Rich got home cards from all of us, IBC diet rootbeer from Macy, Sugar Free pudding from Luke, and a Cannon camera backpack with 3 lens filters from the greatest wife that ever lived...which would be me.
Grandpa got a homemade card with a crinkly 1 dollar bill. Just the way he likes it :)
